Everything! Very efficient communication, flawless check-in, easy parking right in front (public street but lots of space), high-tech air purifier, efficient AC, super luxurious design, the most comfortable bed on the planet, sleek bathroom (with a fun window!), clean design and clean space. They also offer a sightseeing guide, have superb wifi, and there was a little balcony to hang clothes on to dry. I felt like the room was built yesterday and just for me :D About 15-minute walk to the heart of downtown, following a lovely locomotive park. One of my Top 3 hotel deals on my month in Greece; will always be back here when in Kalamata (which is a great city with a very friendly atmosphere).

The description is very accurate. The view is beautiful, the facilities and the pool are great and the house keeper Giorgos and his wife make every effort to offer your a perfect stay!

Since this was the first time we stayed at Mantinia Bay Hotel, we can say it was exactly what we needed and we were delighted with the place. We stayed in one of the apartments and it was very spacious with a nice terrace and a small kitchen corner, which to be honest we didn't use for cooking but it was still very useful to have. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the cleaning service was very detailed. We didn't miss any accessories, even if we didn't find something in our room upon arrival we received it the next day. There were enough parking places in the hotel's parking. The hotel beach is across the street and there are enough sunbeds for the guests. Since we were trying every day for lunch another taverna, we only had lunch once at the hotel, but it was good. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, but nothing fancy or extraordinary ( which was not what we were looking for anyway ), and it worked perfectly with the timeless Greek village feeling that you have there. And last, but definitely not least, the personnel was friendly and always there to help. One thing that needs mentioning, the beaches in that area are rocky, not sandy, beaches. It took us probably 2 days to get used to, but then we were just fine with it since the rocks were round and not pointy, and in the end we actually loved it, it was a good daily reflexology :D A small tip, wait in the water for the sun to set behind the mountain across the gulf. We loved it, including our 4 years old.

This property was newly renovated so in mint condition. Elegantly appointed and having laundry facilities is a bonus. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location excellent. So close to best part of Kalamata beach. Great association with beachside restaurant and bar Anasha. It’s all you need to have a fabulous holiday in Kalamata! The owner, Yiorgos was extremely hospitableable and generous. Thankyou

Absolutely wonderful property. Clean, stylish, modern, comfortable, and with thoughtful and generous attention to detail. We travel a lot and were seriously impressed with the standards here, and also how responsive and helpful the managers were to any question. Parking around the back was convenient, and we loved the proximity to the lively centre of lovely Kalamata.
