The house and the appartment are just perfect and the host even nicer! Close to the beach, supermarket, backery, restaurants, city center, the house is extremely clean, very elegant and with extremely good taste decorated. We had absolutely all what we needed (not only the devices (hair dryer, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, oven, coffee maker, and much more) but also the stuff for them (dish washer pads, coffee pads, washing machine pads, etc). Even if it has everything, it does not feel loaded, and it is very spacious and welcoming. Everything is new and modern, and very nice. The terrace, next to the pool, amazing, refreshing and perfect for eating outside. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Very good internet, so we could easily work from there. The pool, is very very clean, with saulty water, and super nice lights in the night. Park places are also available. Beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend this appartment and if we come back to Zadar, we will definitely stay there again!

Staff is very polite, people on reception, people during breakfast... Breakfast looks very modest, but when you look, there is enough to choose. Information that is usefull but we did not know, if you don't eat something exmp. pork you should just say to them and they try to organize plate for breakfast without pork meat. I am writing this just because it might be useful for other guests. There is parking lot just in front of the place, couple of restaurants around, also grocery shop, bakery... Old town is 20 minutes away with bus, or cca 10 minutes with taxi, and taxi is cca 7 €. Zadar is conected on Bolt, so of you have app, it's great.

Evertything was superb, from room design (only the best furniture), view, sooo clean and very nice host.

Absolutely amazing, couldn't believe how good the apartment and location were. The apartment is literally on the beach, we just pulled out our sunbeds onto the beach and popped in and out of the apartment to grab beers etc. Plenty of bars for drinks along the beach and there is a mini supermarket about 5mins away to get supplies.the main town area of Bibinje is about 2km away and has 3-5 nice restaurants with lovely fresh fish. Zadar is about 5km away, and an Uber costs about €15euro but we went once and were not bothered to leave our private beach again.

Situated within 600 metres of Podvare Beach and 18 km of Kornati Marina, Marina-Bay-Resort features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Sukošan.
