Everything! The two breathtakingly beautiful pools at two sides of the river, the restaurant area, the blooming frangipani trees, the spacious room - and the many valuable artefacts all over the property. The museum of Indonesian tribal art has a huge collection of rare objects. There is a library room with a good collection on Balinese art. As I wanted to visit Denpasar, Sanur and Canggu, but Ubud and Batur, too, this place on the middle ground was a perfect location. There are earrings around and a cafe-resto in walking distance. It is a very special place where you hear history whisper to your ears and authentic art enlightens you at every corner.

Beautifully decorated and equipped. The furniture was all amazing. You definitely get what you pay for. Couldn’t fault this place for anything! Staff were very friendly and amazing. Eka - the manager - was so helpful, friendly and accommodating, she would answer any question immediately and went above and beyond! Really wish we were staying longer.

We feel very lucky to have stumbled across this wonderful place in Lembongan. It's a new venture where the rooms are really modern and spotlessly clean. People in Bali and Nusa Lembongan had been flawless for our whole 35 day trip but this place was one step above that with a real family feel. I woke up every morning and had a lovely cup of coffee overlooking the stunning view of Janggu Batu Bay. They couldn't do enough for us. Like others who stayed there at the same time as us, we extended our stay twice! Had we not had a flight back to the UK booked we could have stayed much longer. We would like to thank Toota and his team for an exceptionally brilliant stay. Just to note, with this being new with not many reviews it was a gamble, one we were so glad we took. We will definitely be back but with the whole family in tow next time! We can't wait to see you all again soon.All the best Iolo and Georgina

Staying with kids usually means tearing hair out—but ONYX made things almost too easy. There's a playground and an indoor play area, plus multiple pools (including kid‑friendly zones) that kept the little ones busy all day . Room’s comfy, kitchenette was a lifesaver for midnight snacks, and breakfast variety? Buffets with Asian, halal, Italian—kidpleasers all around . Location’s peaceful, tucked in Tegallalang, yet Ubud center and top sights like the Palace and Monkey Forest are super close—under 2 miles . Staff were helpful with stroller directions and taxi calls. Good for fams who want a lush, calm base with clever kid‑friendly touches.

The property was really clean and the staff is really helpful and understanding. We had Aga taking care of us and he was an absolute gem. There is cat named boonga and she is all love!
