The ambiance is great. We liked the fact that our balcony had a view of the sea, and that there was a front balcony as well that looked into the garden. The breakfast was excellent. Staff prepared the type of breakfast that we wanted (e.g., omelettes). We felt at home.

We had such a wonderful stay at Xenia apartments! The place was cozy, warm, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location couldn’t be better, everything was just within reach. A nice hotel in the center of Ortigia Island. The rooms are very clean, with new equipment and furniture. The property has an elevator, making it easier to carry luggage to other floors. You can also request room service for breakfast, which is quite nice.
