The property has excellent location as within walking distance are the main central squares of Como, the port where you can buy tickets for cruises in Como, many small coffee shops-cafes where you can take breakfast and last but not least a supermarket to get some basic staff for the days you will stay at La Perla! Also the help of the staff, Federica and Carolina was valuable both before and during our stay!

Great location for those arriving by rental car. Amazing view, great service, excelent facilities (sauna and pool). There are restaurants in the nearest village. About 20 minutes drive from Bellagio.

We chose the place because it was close to Como while it is cheaper than the options in Como. If you have a car, the place is perfect to see the whole region. The place is next to another lake, which was quieter than Como lake villages. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. The lake view was nice.

Amazing and modern apartment right next to lake Como. Very convenient location, as it’s very close to the port, where you can reach Bellagio and Varenna in a very short trip! Also very close to Menaggio. The beds were comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything that you might need during your stay. Sheryl was amazing, she responded very fast, and answered any questions or concerns you might have. Check in and check out was easy!
