The hotel is just excellent. The stuff is very friendly, everything is shining, room service was just perfect. The spa and pool was very clean and neat. The location is very convenient, close to all the main sights, though the neighborhood is very quiet.

Everything is great! The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to come back to the apartment and had a good night rest after spending a day visit the museums and galleries. Staffs are super nice and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone to stay who would like to visit Fluorence.

Perfect localization, set on a majestic street surrounded by grife stores. The building is a charm itself, preserving its tradition and elegance. Cleaning was good and the staff were very kind.     It’s an incredible property with the best amenities one can ask for ! Location is bang on ! Hands down the best serviced apartment ever stayed at ! We were in a 2 bed apartment family of five. We were shocked at how big the layout was. Yes it was very expensive but you pay for what you get.

    Lovely apartment hotel . Spacious and very comfortable . Staff especially Gina was great.Communication was clear and very helpful via the booking.com chat . Attention to detail was second to none, to the point where even baby soap and shampoo was provided . Location is great , 12 min by tram to the city centre .There is a a tram station about 200m from the apartment . There was ample clean Linen and fresh towels with a nice coffee machine and kettle too.
