Very clean & spacious. Excellent facilities & very friendly staff. We arrived an hour early but were still allowed up to our room.

This is probably the best equipped accommodation I have experienced in Italy. It even has a washing machine! (clothes drying rack is a bit small, so washing bed linen might not be the best idea). Kitchen has almost everything, just fridge is half size and I didn’t see wine glasses (although wine bottle opener was there). Perfect for travellers who just need a bed to rest, make their own breakfast (and dinner) and wash clothes. There is no outside sitting area, only inner courtyard, so basically You can take chairs from the dining table and still sit outside. I was fortunate to meet the owners, most wonderful people! We had to leave in the middle of night, but they still left us something to eat for breakfast (incl milk and cereals, white bread, cornettos, coffee, Nutella and jams, butter, eggs, bottle water), we took the cornettos and had them at the airport—saved my morning! (They also recommended a good restaurant nearby: Toshi Sushi, we loved it, grazie!)

Great place to stay on the lake weekend. Gorgeous bad and pillows, super bathroom with bide, I admire wooden floors everywhere, even in the bathroom. Also we had great balcony view on the Maggiore lake. The was some reviews mention that there’s no parking. Can admit it’s not true. The parking is right outside but it’s public and you should pay for it. And it’s absolutely free for the night from 8 pm to 8 am. So I found it very comfortable, because we had the journeys during the day, so had to pay just for the morning hours to have some sleep.

Nice oldfashioned hotel in a calm area. The room was comfortable, staff - very friendly, save parking in the yard. Breakfast was good. We had a nice stay and rest here.

The location of the property is great with all relevant stores around it and two train stations nearby, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Room heating was available throughout the duration of stay. Affordable and great value for money. Calm locality with a beautiful lake nearby and great mountain view with the snow.
