It was a hosting experience far beyond my expectations. Very high standard of construction and decoration. Everything new and impeccable. Very spacious and finely decorated apartment. New and large bathrooms. New, high quality sheets and towels. To make our stay even better, Paola provided us with highly personalized and professional service. Very well located, but with the benefit of being on a street with little traffic.

Super Location, in the heart of everything. Recommend that future customers take a Arranged water taxi from the station. as the public transportation makes the carrying of luggage complicated due to crossing of the canal bridges. Since the expense is already lavish, the extra on a private water taxi may be justified. we suggest, the owners should recommend this process. or add it into the rental.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice. The location was ideal—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment itself was very spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner. They were incredibly responsive, even to our late-night questions, and went out of their way to accommodate us—allowing us to use the bathroom before our official check-in time, which was so appreciated after a long journey. A truly smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The apartment is new, modern, clean, large - good for us three guests. It had Netflix! The internet service is very good and easy to use. The apartment is close to St. Mark's Square. Communicating with the hosts is easy. They were very responsive and gave information fast enabling us to decide fast also and be reassured. They accommodated our requests such as three extra pillows, earlier check-in, and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The amenities were great! There were two bathrooms. The ensuite toilet shower enclosure was large, and the faucets and shower were working well. There was hot and cold water in the faucets and showers. The apartment had a large kitchen cum dining room. The kitchen was furnished. It had pots and pans, plates and utensils, glasses, and cups and saucers. They provided free water, oilve oil, and salt. There were fresh and quality sheets, pillows and beds, and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash, and toilet paper. The hairdryer is powerful and heavy duty. There is a washer and dryer at the ground floor, as well and an iron. This place is superb!

Every thing was as expected and even better than the pictures posted. I really liked the shiny kitchen there , and the rooftop terrace was out of this world. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was one of three apartments having the same entrance but each one has its privacy and its own door. Beware because there are two stories to climb with all your luggage.
