We had a fantastic stay in Monopoli! The accommodation was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and newly renovated. The property itself is beautiful, with a great pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. It was centrally located, making it an ideal base to explore the nearby towns and beaches. Ralu and Pierluigi were outstanding hosts—so warm and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Each morning, they prepared a delicious breakfast using fresh local produce, which was such a lovely touch. Their hospitality truly made our stay in Monopoli memorable. Highly recommend!

The appartment was very spacious and clean. And very tastefully and cleverly equipped. The floor was warm, all equipment working, the kitchenette was filled with everything needed not only for a short stay, but for normal living: frying pans, all the cutlery, coffee machine with capsules, huge fridge, hair drier...We were met by two very nice ladies, who explained everything and made our check-in process really pleasant! The appartment complex is like 200 meters from the train station, but we didnt feel any noise or discomfort of this proximity, it's a huge benefit if you travel by trains like us. We had a spacious open balcony with a table, where we had our breakfast that was kindly included in the price

it was a beautiful and chilled place to stay. lots of lovely touches from the handmade toiletries to the minted chilled water in the fridge. lovely fresh eggs and homemade biscuits to name but a few of the provisions that are there for you. the layout of property gives you a lovely area to relax outside your room in the beautiful space- you are surrounded with olive trees and all sorts of flowers and herbs. our hosts could not be more generous or helpful.

Beautiful new flat over two floor. Terrasse and balcony. Plenty of space, and good price. Only ten minutes to walk from the center. Nice personal. So nice to get free botle of prosecco when we arrived.
