Very thoughtful touches to the room and shared lounge. The keyless code is also convenient. What a beautiful place to stay with so many helpful recommendations and conveniently close to the train station. I could not ask for more. The team was also very helpful in helping us call for a rental car since we ran into some issues during the summer peak/holiday season.

This is a really new and well thought out establishment. Fredrico is an absolute star. We got into a bind with our lack of Italian and needed some help and he was so kind. Good cafes, great restaurants and grocery stores within easy walk. Parking is mostly paid and watch out for the early morning street markets or you could end up having your car towed.

Warmest welcome we had for a long time. Michele is the best. Great recommandations for local cuisine and very helpful. The apartment is okay. Clean and everything works. It is not the most modern but it works fine and fitted our needs. The pricing was very good. We would definately stay here again if returned to parma.
