Very calm premises. Fantastic swimming pool - really clean, with enough loungers, almost every time with just 2-3 other guests. Very nice and willing personnel. Delicious, particularly local and seasonal, meals in the restaurant - highly recommended! Parking inside the resort, very close to apartments.

Our host was an elderly couple, they only spoke Italian but we understood each other perfectly, he also used google translate when needed. I made the booking about an hour before arrival, they had everything ready, and clean when we got there. The owners made the breakfast for the requested time in the morning, everything was beautiful! Upstairs is a nicely decorated apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen fully equipped and a livingroom. There is a big supermarket about 800 meters away.

Extremely cosy and neat typical Tuscan apartment. Great big balcony/terrace to enjoy both breakfast and a drink in the evening admiring stars. Very good location in a quiet alley 100 m from Arno river, walking distance from railway station and e.g. Leaning tover. The signora in the reception was superfriendly! Perfect place for us.
