We booked here as we wanted somewhere secure for our car but close to the centre - this was perfect. Underground secure parking ( you have to book it as an extra) and a 5 min stroll to the old town . The actual apartment was to a very high standard and much better than we were expecting,, the staff very helpful - Polignano itself is lovely and highly recommend the boat trip, the departure point is a couple of Kim’s from town so recommend to get a Tut-tut which are plentiful rather than trying to drive yourself- boat trip was the the highlight of whole visit

This is the second time in the past few years we have stayed here. The hosts are incredibly friendly & very pleasant to deal with :) Lucilla & her mother ( who is absolutely adorable) were so good to us & Catia their receptionist was also so lovely and welcoming. These apartments are in such close proximity to the old streets of Polignano it's absolutely perfect to stay if you want to explore. We have stayed in Polignano many many times but first time we have revisited an accomodation. The apartments are spotless clean & beds shower everything perfect. We will no doubt be bk in Polignano again and we will 💯 use this complex again . Special thanks to Manuel also for responding to initial queries regards our stay even though he was off duty !! Grazie 🙏🏼

We had a fantastic stay in Monopoli! The accommodation was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and newly renovated. The property itself is beautiful, with a great pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. It was centrally located, making it an ideal base to explore the nearby towns and beaches. Ralu and Pierluigi were outstanding hosts—so warm and welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Each morning, they prepared a delicious breakfast using fresh local produce, which was such a lovely touch. Their hospitality truly made our stay in Monopoli memorable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful new flat over two floor. Terrasse and balcony. Plenty of space, and good price. Only ten minutes to walk from the center. Nice personal. So nice to get free botle of prosecco when we arrived.

Absolutely stunning, large, great location, lovely outdoor area, great breakfast and amazing service from staff. Especially the young girl who looked after us, I can’t remember her name but thank you. Would highly recommend.

it was a beautiful and chilled place to stay. lots of lovely touches from the handmade toiletries to the minted chilled water in the fridge. lovely fresh eggs and homemade biscuits to name but a few of the provisions that are there for you. the layout of property gives you a lovely area to relax outside your room in the beautiful space- you are surrounded with olive trees and all sorts of flowers and herbs. our hosts could not be more generous or helpful.
