The host, Giuliano was great. He went above and beyond to pick us up from the Stresa station as there was no taxi available. Because we were a group of 4 adults and 1 child with 4 big luggages, he even had to make 2 trips. Overall the place was great.

Spacious and comfortable, very cute. The property manager Melania went above and beyond for us, I cannot thank her enough. She is a really kind lady who aims to make your stay as nice as possible. I would 100% recommend to stay here! The location was perfect.
