We requested a larger apartment which was granted the following day at a nominal cost. Very clean. the receptionist was exceptional and helped in many ways. She had even baked a cake for us. The castle behind the apartment made for an interesting exploratory walk

The location was great, just in the centre of Narni. The staff members were available, even if not there all the time. They are on their desk in the morning. It was very quiet at night, so I always slept well.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. Marco and Virgilio went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. They helped us get to and from the train station, as well as giving a detailed explanation on how to get to the famous nearby waterfall, which was an amazing experience. It was a very nice stay. The apartment was very cosy, clean and the staff was very friendly. Supermarket is just in the next building. Everything was very fine! I felt like at home.
