The owners/managers were truly helpful and were very accommodating (we were offered a choice of rooms when we arrived; effectively allowing us to upgrade for free) in this historic building extremely well located in Tivoli. The friendliness of everyone is a delight that overcomes any shortcomings.

I stayed at Colle Paciocco in mid March. The owners were exceptionally kind. My train arrived late from Rome and I had to wait for the next later train to Tivoli. Because of this delay, I missed the last bus to Colle Paciocco so the owner insisted on picking me up at the station so as not to make me walk quite a long way near a river in the dark. They were very considerate and asked me to call an hour before my arrival so they could turn the heating on so as to warm the room prior to my arrival. I would highly recommend Colle Paciocco as the room was comfortable in a lovely area with beautiful views and the owners really care about their guests making sure you have everything you need. Well worth booking at this place.

I was fascinated by everything related with my stay in the residence! This place joins the best thing that can proposed an apartment and a hotel: everyday cleaning and everyday change of towels, a well-equipped kitchen, a free parking, fast Wi-Fi. As well, a bus stop is about 5 minutes by foot so 20 minutes and one gets to the metro station Anagnina. So, for any next trip to this area I will, certainly, book this Residence again

it was one of the greatest experiences of staying at the hotel. you rent a house with your own yard. and the best thing, you don’t need to contact with stuff face to face, but they are with you 24/7 if you need them.

We had a wonderful stay. Pino was really accommodating and always had a funny story to tell. He even wanted to pick us up from a restaurant when it was raining. We will definitely be back ! The view is fantastic and it was amazing to be able to go back to our little house after a full day of Rome.
