Absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the pool – super clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our host Laura was fantastic – incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions via WhatsApp. Every Anfrage was so well handled, we really felt taken care of. Check-in was super easy, communication smooth, and the whole experience was stress-free. Highly recommended – we’d definitely come back!

We had a great stay here. The property was clean and very functional. The staff worked exceptionally hard to keep the place clean, the pool was one of the cleanest I’ve seen. Close to shops and town, further from the beaches but we used the free bike rental to cycle to a different beach nearly everyday, all a few km away. The best bit of the apartment was the friendly, helpful and always on hand staff.

White sandy beaches lie just 400 metres from Residence Fenicia, which provides a heated outdoor pool and free WiFi throughout. Villasimius is 1 km away.

We‘ve spent 3 nights at the Residence Fenicia, this place is perfect for longer stays, provides everything you need in the apartment and at the common areas. The seaview from the poolbar is absolutely dreamy. The flowers and palmtrees give a beautiful tropical ambience, the photos are not lying. The staff is lovely and helpful, the rooms are perfectly set up and they even provide beach transfer although is not a long walking distance. Next time we definitely stay at least for a week, had a super experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff, crystal clear pool with lifeguard and plenty of sunbeds and bar. Three charcoals grills for barbecue. COOP and Eurospin next to Residence. Fully equipped kitchen including microoven and classic oven. Even washing machine. Towels and bed linen included . Good coffee in cafe with friendly staff.
