We booked this stay only a few days in advance, and got a great price. It was by far the largest 'room' we stayed in during our entire trip, with basically a studio apartment plus a bedroom down the hall. The facilities were very nice, with pictures on the wall next to all the control systems showing the english instructions for how to operate them. BIG bath room with a very nice digitally controlled bath. If I had known how nice this place was, I would have stayed here several nights instead of just the one night before our flight out.

We had an incredible stay at Section L! The front desk team was exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and welcoming every time we came and went. The hotel was impeccably clean; the room felt brand new, which is a rare and pleasant surprise for a hotel. The location was unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the Mita Line, making it super easy and affordable to get anywhere in the city. The sauna was a fantastic feature and very simple to book, adding to the overall relaxation. One of the biggest highlights was having a washing machine/dryer right in the room—it was an absolute lifesaver during our three-week stay! Overall, Section L is a fantastic choice, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.

We stayed at this accommodation as a family with a small baby, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed and even surprised us with delicious Madeleines and complimentary drinks, which made us feel right at home. The accommodation itself was very clean and well-maintained, which was important to us, especially with a baby. We had access to a shared microwave and washing machine, which were both very convenient for our stay. The location was also excellent – Asakusa, with all its sights and attractions, was just a 20-minute walk away, so it was easy to explore the area on foot. Additionally, there were plenty of supermarkets nearby, making it easy to pick up groceries and other necessities. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this accommodation for its excellent location, cleanliness, and especially the kindness of the host."

Location was great. near PARCO, train station and convenient stores. There is a restaurant called But a-CK near the hotel which was so tasty. on rainy days, I can borrow umbrellas from the hotel. Also, there are luggages storages in the hotel to store before check in and after check out

Super convenient location. Short walk to local bakery, cafe, convenience stores and the train station. Just one train ride away from Tokyo station and the JR Shinkansen.     The apartment hotel is located very close to Shinjuku Station, in a calm and quiet little alley. All the services and amenities of Shinjuku are so close and reachable in a few minutes of walking. The staff is very friendly and the vibes inside the hotel are very nice! The room is tiny but cozy, perfect for one or two people. Everyday towels change is luxurious : ) The bed is very comfortable, AC is running well too!
