We absolutely loved VODA. The place was top quality, beautiful decor, really lovely service. Sheets changed daily, super clean. We had to move from another hotel and they sent a car to pick us up. The tuna steak was the best I have had. The kids loved the pool. Lots of animals- water monitor lizards outside our bungalow, monkeys, crabs. We wish we stayed a bit longer!

Monkey Island is surrounded by nature, animals, birds, and beautiful views. The villa is located inland away from busy streets but within walking distance to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. The family owners are generous and always on hand if you need anything, but otherwise you're left to relax and enjoy your stay. This is a great place to stay long-term with fast wifi and fully equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are big, bright, and spacious. Highly recommend this place to explore Hikkaduwa and the south of Sri Lanka 🇱🇰.

Loved the vibes, the setting on the paddy field is beautiful and serene, the food and coffee are so good, the rooms are so cute, spacious and clean! Really well designed! The shampoo is DIVINE! Lovely, friendly staff! Only very minor issue was that the pool was littered with leaves the day we arrived. It didn't make for an inviting dip, however, I did see the clean it the next day. I saw the staff cleaning everything else really well!

The room was really big and the place was beautiful. It also has a kitchen that you can cook and prepare your meals and washing machine too. Everything was working perfect, well located, and the owner was super nice, giving us a lift for picking a bike.

I want to say thanks so much for the stay at Villa Ciana. It was the most beautiful location and villa.. and to be honest I couldn’t have asked for anything more! The interior is modern, bright, spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, beds are super comfortable and the large balcony overlooking the stunning paddyfield is perfect for early mornings and chilling through the day. This would be great for families or couples, lots of with privacy and easy access to the main road. Definitely recommend!

The apartment boasts an excellent location – just a few steps away from the beach and numerous restaurants. Despite being close to the main street, the area is very quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The apartment is spacious, modern, and fully equipped, making it exceptionally comfortable. We particularly appreciated the functional and well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to conveniently prepare meals on-site. An additional advantage is the presence of fans and air conditioning, ensuring comfort on hot days. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – throughout our stay, they took great care of us, offering valuable tips about local attractions and readily assisting with organizing everything we needed.
