The hotel is located in a small alley off the main road, so it is quiet at night and very comfortable. You can't always expect good service or food in hotels in Nepal, but HOTEL11 provided a service quality that exceeded my expectations. We were in 2 room apartment, one room with attached bathroom but the other one doesn't have. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. There's a kitchen with all equipments and accessories we need and the kitchen is ready to use.Also There's a beautiful sitting room with a comfortable sofa, TV and also free WiFi.
