When we arrived the flat we were taken to was not the same as in the booking photos and there were no opening windows in the bedrooms. However the lady that did our check in was very helpful and professional and moved us to another flat that was excellent. Her friendly and helpful approach made our day. The flat we finally stayed in was excellent. Quiet, very clean, very comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal. Overall a perfect stay!

For a capital appartment it was very quiet and we had a lot of space. Very practical, we could easily spend some time while eating home-cooked dinner in this room. Also, reception was very friendly and location central, bus stops not far away, shopping nearby and walkways plus botanical garden short distance.
