The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Honestly they were amazing. We left some of our bags to the hotel for few days when we went to our tours and both times we came back, our bags were already in the room waiting for us. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the view from the top floor balcony is beautiful.

Breakfast was simple, fresh fruit, freshly made eggs, bread, cheese, fresh squeezed orange juice, and serviceable coffee. It was good, for all it was simple. Get coffee elsewhere if you're a coffee snob, but it was perfectly fine if all you needed was the caffeine. The place was clean, quiet, and spacious. We had a hike booked, but I got food poisoning (not from this place!) the morning we were supposed to leave. I spent 16 hours (I counted, it was great) not able to leave the bathroom for more than five minutes. This place is central to everything while being off the main road, so my brother didn't have to go far to find me meds and gatorade. And hey, I can tell you with assurance that the bathroom was not the worst place to spend 16 hours throwing up! Wouldn't do it again, necessarily, but it could have been worse. There are restaurants and museums nearby. The place has the space to allow your party a little privacy if you want it (living room and bedroom, little courtyard). I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfect. The host is super nice and they send the breakfast to room every morning. The water is hot and powerful. The room is large and with smart TV. And the place is quite and safe. Nice, quiet, and clean place, conveniently located near Wanchaq, San Pedro, and the city center. We stayed here twice during our time in Cusco. There were plenty of blankets and the shower was hot until around 10 p.m., so we never felt cold. The buffet breakfast was delicious and generous. If you’re leaving early for a tour, they’ll pack a breakfast for you, and they also offer luggage storage. Patricia was always very helpful and kind :)

The owner is so nice and the rooms are very nice as well. Both bathroom and rooms are clean and big, the distance from Cusco's city center is 5 minutes (about 1 dollar) by taxi, or 10/15 by walking. Breakfast is one of the best we have tried in perù.

    This is an excellent brand new apartment hotel. The facilities are excellent. We had a very comfortable 3 room apartment. There is secure underground parking. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic in a restaurant with panoramic views. The hotel is in walking distance to downtown, but not in it so it is a quiet area.

    A wonderful, quiet, confortable, super clean aparthotel, at a short walking distance from the Plaza de Armas, and even closer from the Coricancha. The staff was lovely with us and the little Picchu (a four-month old cat) is super cute. We hope to return soon! Muchas gracias 😊
