Big clean comfortable rooms, with kitchen facilities and a small bar & restaurant on the top floor with room service if prefared. Buffet breakfast included in the price which helped us for the start of our long days discovering Lima. Pleasant friendly staff working the bar & restaurant. We stayed 4 nights and they allowed us to store our bags there for 3 nights after then we returned and stayed one more night, this was a huge help for us !

They really exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip with our 4months child. We stayed for 10 days. It was important to us to feel welcome and yes We did. Staff is efficient and nice. Breakfast is fabulous, congrats to the chef. Location is perfect, in the heart of Miraflores neighborhood. The best place to be in Lima. Room is spacious facilities are good. Strongly recommend. I take this opportunity to thank all the staff for being so kind. Strongly recommend.

This apartment style hotel was a little gem. The staff were amazing, starting from all the communications before we arrived, through when we missed our connecting flight and had to change our arrival date, and then throughout the entirety of our stay. The bedrooms had air-conditioning, and while there was a bit of a typical-to-Peru musty smell, everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and delicious, the place is well situated within walking distance to Inka Market, and the little café/restaurant attached, although not part of the hotel, was cute and popular. In brief, if someone is looking for a big brand hotel experience with beautiful decorations, and fancy modern furniture, then this is not it. But for anyone who likes simple, local, and welcoming, we highly recommend it! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and would definitely come back.

We booked here last minute and a major reason was having a washing machine in the apartment but the washing machine was one for all the apartments which felt a bit annoying. We both got sick when staying here and moved out a day early, it didn't feel very clean. The walls are grey bricks and curtains brown, it feels like a very miserable place. We asked for a replacement toilet roll, there isn't daily cleaning, and we were told it wasn't included. It says the apartment has a dishwasher but it doesn't exist, it's a sink and fairy liquid. The staff are okay but not super friendly or helpful. The only good thing is the internet connection is excellent. Think about a dingy student flat. It didn't feel like a happy holiday vibe.
