AustraliaThe staff was lovely ,very polite, helpful and super friendly. We had a bad experience with trains being delayed in ollantaytambo due to the political situation in Peru and the staff was so caring and protective of us . They also brought us a bag with food to take to the train to Macchu Picchu , so thoughtful . I was traveling with my 2 young adult children and their support made the trip much easier bearing in mind we arrived to urubamba during a political chaotic time in Peru
