The staff were friendly and were able to accommodate early check-in. The apartment was beautiful and clean. I loved having a wood fireplace. It was nice after a day out in the snow.

Wiktoria at the reception had an excellent communication and support, thanks to her. The hotel in general was in a good location and absolutely a good view, I used Uber and bolt to go to the main areas such as Central, however if you like walking it's only around 30 minutes walking to reach to the centrum. That's where comfortable room was very clean and spacious

Perfect location for family trips, car parking, SPA zone was open even if it was raining, with heated pool, 3 jacuzzies and sauna. Everything you need (park, pedestrian street, shops etc.) is 10-15min around if you go by foot (no use of vehicle in this traffic). The stuff was really accommodating and allowed to park the car a little bit before our check-in time and also after check-out we could leave the car for 2h in the parking so we can go to center to restaurant. We were there 3 nights and I definitely recommend it.

I've been there with my family and baby twice now, and each time has been wonderful. The apartments are incredibly clean. The baby can be let out to crawl anywhere. Cool views from the balconies, quiet, wonderful staff. Special thanks to the girls who work at the breakfasts - very helpful, attentive and nice people. Breakfasts are delicious, varied, desserts top, even cheesecakes and fresh pastries. Tips for improvement: 1. The terrace bar is not open on Sundays. The terrace is great and the view of the mountains is incredible and it is nice to have a coffee or tea there any day. 2. There is a large room for children, where dozens of different toys and zones, books, constructors, Montessori toys - a salvation for parents. But in the bathroom of this room there is no table for changing a child. If you need to change a nappy, you have to go to the room. 3. In the restaurant where breakfasts are held, very stylish wooden chairs for children. But they are not quite suitable for very young children (they are low, without a table). It would be more comfortable to have a high chair with a table. All in all we highly recommend this hotel. You really relax and enjoy yourself there.

    Fantastic and unique design, beautiful, new and clean apartment. Every detail is amazing. The aparthotel is ín the centrum, so it's easy to walk ín the city center. I recommend it to everybody who loves beautiful places with the mixture of modern and natural furniture. Kitchen is also well equipped. The restaurant is also super with a special local and international breakfast and with a very kind staff. The private garage is also really good under the aparthotel. It's an amazing aparthotel. Everything was fine.

    It was a nice aparthotel. The location is okay. The room was clean. However, it could have been better. No air conditioning (AC) in the room. It was pretty hot at night perhaps because it was summer. It could have been better if provided with AC. Breakfast was satisfactory for the price.

    Aparthotel Cristina is a great option to stay in Zakopane. The service was great, the room was clean and spacious, the location itself is excellent too, it is kind of remote from all the tourist noise however it is 2 mins away from all the attractions! A special shout out for breakfast, it was so delicious!
