Excellent location. It is the heart of the old city. I attach a picture from my window. The room is comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning was especially helpful in hot weather. Very clean apartment. Excellent attitude of the manager. Andre was very responsive to all my requests, for which I am especially grateful. A convenient transfer from the airport was organized for me as well. I recommend it to everyone!

The property was very clean and very comfortable. Immediately felt like home. The staff is super nice and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here. The kitchen is well equipped but you need to buy all essentials like oil, sugar, coffee etc. The fireplace is just a treat and made our stay even better. There is a €10 fee extra to use fireplace but there’s lot of wood.

The hotel is in a great location — it’s easy to reach the city center, promenade, and other key spots. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The staff is absolutely amazing: very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are spacious and spotless. It was also great to have a small kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t cook, but it was very convenient for storing and washing fruits and snacks. Overall, I can honestly recommend this hotel — it offers great quality at a surprisingly low price.

We could not fault the hotel on anything. So very comfortable with spacious room, clean and super sea views. Great nights sleep and super mattress. Facilities outstanding especially the large indoor heated pools. Breakfast had a superb selection. Would not hesitate in returning when we next come to wonderful Madeira🌴😎Friendly helpful staff 😊
