I was instantly greeted with a great smile from Sarah the host. What a remarkable service person. She showed me to my beautiful apartment. All the details in the apartment were great. Two towels, small towels, beach towels. I could clean my clothes, and I could go for a swim at the rooftop pool overlooking the beautiful ocean over Madeira. She immediately helped me with suggestions on what to do, and I could even rent a car and park it inside. It's safe and secure, with two gates on each side. She suggested restaurants, hiking, where to drink ponchas, etc. I was cared for there every day. If you want someone who cares about their guests, apartment Madeira is the place to be. They know the defintion of service. I will bring my girlfriend here next time.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, nice view to the mountains from our apartment, great location! Breakfast was simple, but tasty and good quality. We didn't use the kitchen because we stayed there only one day. Restaurants and main sightseeing places are in the walking distance.

The location is perfect, in front of big Garden in Funchal and is basically in the heart of the city. The house has an amazing, cozy vibe and has everything you need to have a great stay. Loved the high ceiling and the well lit rooms with windows everywhere. Definitely will stay here again if end up in Madeira. Highly recommended

The rooms are huge! Great bed, functional kitchen, clean space! The pool and jacuzzi are really nice with crystal clear water! Staff is always cordial. The location is really good with restaurants and bars around. There is also a Pingo Doce Supermarket about 10 min from the hotel. For me the best thing was to see the sunshine from my balcony.
