We had a bit of a hiccup when we got to our room, we had wasps living on our balcony. When we called reception they immediately came to our room & upgraded our room to a lovely suite with beautiful views. Shortly after staff came up with a bottle of champagne for us to enjoy! They have been absolutely brilliant and accommodating! Beautiful views of the bay and very helpful staff.

Wow! Just WOW! After 10 days of exploring Porto and Lisbon on foot, our stay at Aqualuz Lagos was exactly what we needed. The convenient location is close to both the city centre and wonderful beaches, 2 great pools, friendly and kind staff, clean rooms with a pool view from the balcony and an amazing breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. We had to leave early one morning and couldn't make it to breakfast and they were kind enough to pack us a lunchbox! We definitely recommend and if we ever came to Lagos again this hotel would be our choice for sure.

    The location is excellent - just 15 minutes walk into the main streets of the town. There is a large supermarket just five minutes walk away which was useful with the self catering facilities. Marsol is well cared for and very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful, in particular Ana The pool and pool area is lovely, but the weather in March was too cold to go in.
