Hotel is totally new. Smiling reception, great breakfast and possibility to use facilities of two other Natura Hotels. Parking for free, a sparkling wine as a surprise...it was the best place to stay during our 10 days Madeira trip. Thanks a lot. Good value for the price.

The location is perfect in an idyllic little town, and the host is extremely friendly, with a lovely café just downstairs. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in, were warmly welcomed with an espresso, and he gave us great recommendations for our hike. Honestly, the host alone deserves 10 stars! (His tour tip was the Pico Grande round trip – about 1,300m elevation gain and 19–20 km, but absolutely worth it!) Everything was just wonderful – the facilities and cleanliness of the accommodation left nothing to be desired. We can only recommend it! Thanks for everything!
