    Rude personnel, bad room service, dirty floors, no cups or glasses in apart hotel, 1 fork for 2 people, 1 spoon for two people. Stone hard pillows, uncomfortable mattress wit springs stinging your back. This place hasn't seen any renovation for a long time and needs it desperately! Very noisy too! After 8 PM you get a whole lot of different sounds, sleeping becomes a dream not reality.
