Fantastic little studio right in the heart of King Street with all of the bars and restaurants and a 15-minute walk to the waterfront. Great transport system with those processes and free shuttle to the local metro station. Spotlessly clean very comfortable and modern apartment ent and and when I online reported the coffee machine is not working it was replaced almost immediately. Huge room and kitchen, quiet, has all necessary facilities and even a bath tub which was awesome after long walks in cold DC. The district is quiet and chic at the same time. However, there are no grocery stores around.

The quality of the apartment, the furniture, and the equipment; everything was brand new (some of the equipment still has plastic wrap), the bathroom is equipped with an extractor fan, and the whole apartment has air conditioning (heating and cooling). I was on the 5th floor, and the view was very nice. Everything was super clean. The check-in process was very straightforward. The kitchen was well-equipped (oven, stove w/ extractor, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) and met all my needs.
