Amazing spot for family stay! Stayed in the one bedroom large room. Initially booked for couple nights, but extended two times to stay longer. Really the perfect spot for family. The location is calm, but there are plenty of services and restaurants nearby. There is restaurant in the building downstairs if you are tired and want a quick bite. Great access to metro, boats to staten island, statue of liberty, brooklyn etc. The rooms are spacious and there is lot of space for 4 people or more with extra bed. The blinds are good for those who cannot sleep with light. No noise. Great wifi. Two bathrooms with shower. Good shower pressure. comfy beds and pillows. Kitchen well equipped. The staff is very helfpul and attentive. Thank you. There is a laundry room free of charge (need to buy own detergent). In the laundry room there is pool table, ping pong table and arcade games. Easy to spend hour or two making your laundry and gaming with kids. The price is totally worth is and I even consider this a bargain based on NY standards.

The apartment was huge and really comfortable with everything we needed for our trip. It was in a great location near to lots of attractions nearby and easy access to a metro station next door. Reception was staffed 24/7 with someone always on hand to ask any questions. There is a handy lounge for guests which we were able to use on the last day of our trip after we checked out.

I had a phenomenal stay at this property. Check-in was completed virtually and I was able to access the building and my room with a unique code -- no need to carry around room keys! The room was clean and equipped with a coffee maker, coffee pods, and two complementary water bottles. Guest services were readily available to assist me via text and there is also a handy virtual front desk with info on the property and surrounding area.

Beautiful apartment in a secure new building. The apt is very spacious, clean, modern hobo decorated and had everything we needed, even extra towels and toilet paper. The beds are new and comfortable. There's a workout room available to us, on our floor. The manager/contact was the nicest, and he always responded quickly and professionally. He accommodated an early check in and a late check out. With the late check out, he even said there was no need to clean or to take out any garbage. I went through booking.com and their rates were so reasonable. There are several small grocery stores on the corner and famous Fiore's Italian sandwiches 4 blks east. Note: Transportation information from this location. It's approx. 10 blocks to get to Bus 126 that takes you into NYC. You need to download an app to purchase tickets. BHLight rail is a few blocks away, which can take you to Hoboken Terminal to change to the PATH or Ferry. We will definitely book here again! Thank you for a great stay!

The management was friendly, helpful & communicated promptly when we had a question ( prior to our arrival). We liked the security of the property as well as its location which was close to the PATH station. We loved having a small kitchen so that we could prepare a small meal.
