The staf went over and above, made me feel super welcome and co-ordinated my taxi's to and from the airport. THe apartment was great vaulue for money - i stayed in the room with my wn lounge/kitchen bathroom/beddrom and balcony.

I’m in love with the interior and the details. The room was sooo comfy and everything needed is there. The location is great, you’re in the middle of the old quarter but still it’s not too busy at night. I really love the concept having your own cafe and offering accommodations 🥰 I had several hotels in Hanoi, but this one is definitely my favorite place to stay!! I will come back for sure.

The rooms are so beautiful, clean, and near the lake. It's great to be in a place that is off the beat from all the noise but still accessible to good restaurants and coffee shops.
