The front desk staff were very helpful and provided valuable tips. They even prepared a protective sofa blanket and food+water bowls for our dog! Our room with terrace was overlooking the river - which provides a soothing background noise (not at all audible if you're so inclined, thanks to the good soundproof double glazed windows).

Andorra’s main shopping street, Avenida Meritxell, is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is more well located than I anticipated. Just a few steps from the heart of the city. Staff was very nice to us and gave us a lot of good tips. Good parking available at the hotel.
