Grand Mercure Residence is located in the centre of the city, close by all prime business and shopping destinations. This is the best luxury hotel with affordable price! The moment you enter the reception lobby, you will get the good vibes from the warm welcome of the staff(porter, security & receptionist). We were upgraded freely upon arrival without request. We booked studio suite but was upgraded to 2 bedrooms apartment with two bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and living room. It was huge! Everything was perfect! Definitely will come here again :)
