The people living on the ground and first floors were really nice and helpful. They helped us park our big rental SUV in the driveway (it’s very steep but totally doable) and they were always available if we needed help. The road to the house is not in great condition, however it is totally doable, even with a big car. We took option 1 to go up to the house (going up the cobbled stone road and it was totally fine with our automatic car). We then took option 2 (asphalt) to go down and it was good too! The castle is very close to the house.
