We recently had a fantastic time at Haus Dual 2 and can highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort and beautiful surroundings in the south of Austria. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The apartment is spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The combination of stylish design and Austrian charm creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony offers a stunning view of the surrounding mountains – perfect for starting your day with a cup of coffee or ending it with a glass of wine. One of the big highlights is the location: peaceful and quiet, yet close to various attractions, hiking trails, and (in winter) ski slopes. Just a 10-minute walk away is the beautiful Presseggersee – a clear and warm lake where you can swim, relax, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. An absolute must on warm summer days! What made our stay even more enjoyable was the contact with the host. They were very friendly, easy to reach, and shared helpful tips about the area. All in all, Haus Dual 2 is a great choice for anyone looking for a carefree stay in a stunning setting. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our second time staying. The location is excellent, only a few min walk to the ski lift. The apartment was warm, spacious and clean. We will come back again.

Let's start with a warm welcome from the receptionist even before our arrival. The communication was smooth and pleasant, and I appreciated the responsiveness. The check-in was awesome. We arrived late at night, and everything was ready for us. The apartment was beautiful, perfectly clean, spacious, with a stunning Alpine view and all necessary amenities, right at the entrance to the lift. The location was very convenient for everyday hikes. We came in the summer but it would also be perfect location for a ski trip. Highly recommend!

The hosts were absolutely wonderful — warm, kind, and welcoming in a way that you rarely come across these days. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, and we are truly grateful for everything. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable — a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Having a private pool was a fantastic bonus — perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. The apartment is located in a beautiful house full of flowers, where every detail has been carefully thought out. You can really feel the love and care that the hostess has poured into the home — it creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is also ideal — peaceful and scenic, in a small, beautifully maintained town that’s perfect for tourism in every season. And with the Nassfeld ski lifts nearby, it’s a great base for skiing in winter or hiking in summer. A lake is a 15 min car drive away with nice beaches and lots od activities for children. One of the unexpected highlights was the option to have fresh bakery products delivered straight to our apartment door early in the morning — such a thoughtful and convenient bonus! We wholeheartedly recommend this place and would absolutely love to return. A big thank you to our amazing hosts for making our stay so special!

Set amid the Nassfeld ski area in Carinthia, the Alpenhäuser Marcius enjoys a perfect location next to the ski slopes. It offers spacious apartments with cable TV and wooden furniture. The apartment was lovely and bigger than expected from the pictures. There was a mix of heaters & the traditional fire place/stove (Kachelofen), which kept the apartment very warm. The Kachelofen was very useful for drying our ski gear which was a nice surprise - just be sure to have enough logs ready for each evening (you are provided with 2 free tokens to collect/refill logs which are roughly 2-5 minute walk away from the log cabin). The apartment was very clean, nicely laid out and homely, and it's location (apartment 30.1) was only a 2-3 minute walk from the slope/chair lift. Final note, the staff were really accommodating, especially the reception lady and the shuttle bus guy who stayed and helped us try and open our car roof box which was frozen shut.
