Careful attention to every possible detail was visible throughout our stay. We loved the mix of older style comfort and modern amenities. The spa in the basement was a particular plus. And having a direct view of the Neuschwanstein castle was a highlight too - it was the first thing we saw in the morning and one of the last things at night. Breakfast was tasty too, and every request we had was fulfilled quickly and in a really friendly way. Wherever we’re back in the region we’ll be staying here again.

Situated with a great view of the town of Reutte and Alps, this spot is perfect for a relaxing retreat. The large windows, glass doors and porch welcome the sun and views well. The kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom. Everything was clean. The owners were very kind and helpful.

This 4-star travel house is located in the quiet village of Wängle, 3 km from Reutte, and only 300 metres away from the cable car taking you up to the nearest ski area. Great SPA and pool areas, very clean, welcoming and nice staff, interesting concept of self-service with access to drinks, food and facilities

This country-style hotel lies at the foot of the Kienberg Mountain on the Austrian Border. It features colourful rooms with satellite TV. Super friendly host Fabulous studio room, very clean and tidy

This hotel in Füssen’s Weißensee district is directly next to the Weißensee Lake. Swimming is possible in the lake and the heated indoor pool. Had a lovely stay here over Christmas. Great location (although definitely book lake view rooms!). As a family of 5, we booked 2 rooms to give us more space and we had a larger and smaller room next to each other, which was great. Good washing facilities and play room also useful. Loved the pool and sauna area and HUGE bonus was that it was always open, 24/7, which was brilliant! Parking garage underneath also very convenient. Comfortable beds and well kitted out otherwise. Enjoyed the views across the lake from the balcony. Adjoining restaurant also good and convenient. We virtually never return to the same place twice, but if we ever visited the area again, would probably stay here again.
