Our family liked absolutely everything about this hotel. Location, good food, helpful staff, nice clean room with kitchen equipment, wonderful spa( kids liked most). Highly recommended. Very easy self check in and check out with the key codes, The location is amazing, just a short walk to all main attractions, restaurants, christmas markets. So the whole experience was great for us :)

This is such a lovely family living almost on top of a mountain. They have a little farm with cows, horses, ducks, chicken, cats, etc. and produce almost everything they offer for breakfast themselves (milk, yoghurt, cream cheese, bread, eggs, meat spread, jam, honey,...). The view in the morning when the sun comes up behind the mountains is amazing! Our family stayed there in winter and we went skiing during the day (Radstadt and Reiteralm are close), but it may be also worth a visit during summer. I would definitely go there again!
