Although we are not very picky people, we do not give out 10/10 easily, so hear me out. First of all, my wife is a very visual person and we immediately noticed the cozy, yet stylish interior. Most of all, it was clean (thanks to Veronica!)! Second of all, the neighborhood was quiet, just in the area of the University of Vienna. There were students around, but nothing loud or inappropriate took place. Third, there was a nice little bakery just 30 seconds from the main entrance. Fourth, there was an amazing local restaurant nearby (suggested by the reception), which was the best restaurant experience in Vienna for us! Fifth, my wife is usually freezing most of the time, but in our room it was warm! Nevertheless, most of what took my heart in this place was the atmosphere: friendly yet not inappropriately overwhelming. And it was the small things: free coffee every morning on the ground floor, lounge area in the rooms to sit by the table and have a snack, TV that could be turned to see easily from the lounge area, luggage storage for our very last day in Vienna, environmentally conscious room cleaning. All of that made us feel like welcomed guests!

Located within 4.7 km of Vienna Central Station, Zoku Vienna is designed for professionals, business travelers and remote workers who are on the lookout for a high-design apartment hotel for 1 day, to 1 month to 1 year. Second time staying at Zoku and it was perfect like the last time. The loft rooms are so cool, they have everything you need, such a great concept and use of space! Even a 1.5-year-old toddler enjoyed the space - especially the swings on the balcony. The location is ideal, a great rooftop overlooking the Prater amusement park (very special!) and right next to the Prater green park which is great for morning walks/jogs. The breakfast as usual is perfect! Laundry room downstairs and they have a great luggage storage/shower room that makes check-outs seamless during long travels. I will be booking Zoku again for my next Vienna trip! I recommend booking early as they tend to get expensive closer to the time!
