Once you step inside though, your room is spacious, pillows are comfy, the bathroom is big enough to move around in and the deck area ugh, great to step outside and watch time go by in the Austrian wilderness. Even though I was ill during my stay, the property’s ambiance made me feel right at home. The sauna provides warmth both literally and figuratively, the lobby is so cozy, the breakfast room really feels like more upscale dining and Martina’s amazing. She and her husband really put forth a great effort into making Apparthotel Thalerhof their life’s dream and work.
