Beautiful apartment, excellent location, walking distance to nice cafes. The place is peaceful, well decorated, comfortable and classy. Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of sea, The Waterford Prestige Apartments is an aparthotel located in Caloundra, 300 metres from Bulcock Beach. The Manager and staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the building was in a great location between Bulcock Street (Caloundra main street) and the Beach/boardwalk around to Kings Beach and beyond. Parking was provided in the basement levels, and our desingated parking spot easily accommodated a 4wd vehicle. Although on a lower level, we still had water views from the balcony.

The host was super friendly when we arrived. The apartment itself was super clean and everything we needed was there. My friend and I booked this apartment instead of finding a hostel to treat ourselves. The price was not different from the hostels we saw and we couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here. Perfect location to get to a from places in the area.

Just 1 minute's walk from Alex Beach, Alexandria Apartments offer a private balcony with beautiful ocean views. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool, a sauna and a free mini golf course. We enjoyed our time in the apartment. It’s in a great location with a great view, the beach is just across the street. We had everything we needed for our stay (well equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, heated pool). The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place to stay with kids.
