The Manager and staff were friendly and efficient. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the building was in a great location between Bulcock Street (Caloundra main street) and the Beach/boardwalk around to Kings Beach and beyond. Parking was provided in the basement levels, and our desingated parking spot easily accommodated a 4wd vehicle. Although on a lower level, we still had water views from the balcony.

The location opposite the river is great, a wonderful area for walking and enjoying the many restaurants and cafes. The managers are very friendly and hospitable and helped make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The Rovera Apartments is an ideal place to stay. We enjoyed our very spacious well equipped apartment with a massive balcony and views of the river and ocean. The location is great as it is close to cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. Also the beach and river are walking distance away. Our Hosts were very friendly and helpful and even contacted guests after a storm to see if they needed help with any mopping up of water on the balcony. The pool is spacious and there is plenty of chairs for lazing in the sun. The underground car park is easy to access and has designated spaces. We will definitely be staying again when visiting family.
