Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Salamanca Galleria Apartments is set in Hobart, 200 metres from Hobart Cruise Terminal, in the heart of Salamanca Place. Very nice suite/apartment in Salamanca Place- very central to everything. I stayed in Hobart for 4 days and this was the perfect accomodation. I loved the separate 'living area' and kitchenette (loved the inclusion of the coffee machine and air fryer) in my room. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment was spacious and clean. I didn't actually meet the staff at all but check in and check out was very easy with good information given via email and booking.com messages. Close by many restaurants, bars and a small shop within 2-3 minute walk The only thing to be aware of would be re Parking. As they had limited parking- I was only able to park my car in the car park behind from 3pm in the evening and until 10 am in the morning (cost approx 11AUD per night) before having to move my car during the mid morning/early afternoon. This was fine on the days I was away from Hobart seeing sites but difficult to work around when I went to the MONA one of the days as street parking around the area has a 3 hour max limit. However the rest of my stay was wonderful and I would recommend to friends and family.

Pelican Point Sanctuary is a unique wetland and grassland 87 acre property located 2 kilometres from St Helens, on the road to Bay of Fires, Tasmania. Located in a wetlands reserve and with well-marked walks round the grounds. Birding books and Nikon (!) binoculars provided in our detached chalet which had full disabled access and a view over a small pond via the huge sliding windows, all of which were fly-screened. Spotlessly clean throughout. Very well appointed full kitchen with quality utensils and fittings which were a pleasure to use. The oven was so clean I didn't want to sully it! Fast broadband. Each chalet has its own parking bay right alongside it. Greeted on arrival by friendly staff, and the owner is an even-friendlier character. Highly recommended. Worth a mention is Lease 65, four minutes away and selling the biggest, freshest oysters I have ever eaten, all at portside prices (12 for AU$ 24). Amazing.

Just a 5 minute walk away from the centre of town, Castaway Holiday Apartments is located in Strahan. WiFi access is available at this self-catering accommodation. Everything: almost next door to a supermarket, five minutes walk to Gordon River cruise, clean, spacious, fully equipped and very helpful staff.

Offering self-contained apartments with fully equipped kitchens, Strahan Bungalows are just a 4-minute walk from Mill Bay and the harbour. Very good location, unit had everything we required, beds were very comfortable & bottle shop & fodd store just around the corner.

The cabin I had was large, clean and exceptionally well stock with cooking utensils and a wide selection of snacks and wines. I could not have been more pleased with my accommodations.

Offering self-contained accommodation with panoramic river and valley views, Tamar Ridge Winery Apartments is located in Grindelwald, 20 minutes' drive from Launceston. Wonderful view, spacious room and it is walking distance to a distillery and a winery. The only place you can stay which is that convenient.

Old Bishop's Quarters offers 5 different and unique 1-2 bedroom apartments, within an acre of gardens, with water or mountain views. Great accommodation. We were really comfortable.
