The kitchen was well-equipped and very practical.

Casa-Cosi, tourist & business suites & flats with reserved parking included, private sauna is set amongst quiet rural scenery on the edge of Lokeren, 7 km from the E17 motorway. Beautiful home in very nice residential area, felt very secure, car parking to front of house for visitors. Modern classic interior decor, quite spacious rooms. Easy location to get to Lokeren Town rail station and take frequent train service direct into Gent or Brussels. Would return quite happily.

From there, it’s a short walk to the beautiful riverfront and all the other iconic sights. The hosts: Lieve and Erik deserve a special shout-out here! Such warm and friendly people. *I injured my knee, and was laid up for a couple of days. Lieve not only stopped by with some Ibuprofen, but even arranged a visit to her doctor! And Erik brought me one of his home-brewed beers, which definitely helped with my recovery. Just lovely people who went above and beyond for us. Truly outstanding hosts. The apartment: Spotlessly clean, stylish, and well-equipped. The induction stove and combi microwave/oven were better than we have at home! The Senseo coffee machine was like having our own coffee bar. There's a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Convenience: Close to grocery stores, shops, and more cafes and bars than you can count. Everything is within walking distance, and public transport is just minutes away. Value: In addition to everything else, it was exceptional value for money — especially in a city like Ghent. Very highly recommended!

The room was large, had lots of windows and exceptionally clean. The host are absolutely excellent! The breakfast is remarkable, with a nice variety, substantial amount for cyclists. Order the breakfast as it is exceptional value. The location cannot be beat as close to the market centre of town but very quiet, near cycling trails and a short walk to the train. When we come back to the area this will be a destination. The beds are so comfortable and the coverings warm.

A lovely apartment (Daydream) with the bed on an unusual mezzanine, leaving lots of room downstairs with sofa, bathroom and WC in the building under the mezzanine platform. There was a TV and a clever space-saving kitchen facility that can be closed off behind folding doors. We came by bike and they had dedicated parking frames and charging points for e-bikes, all behind a locked gate with keypad access. Easy walking from the centre of town and all restaurants etc.
