Helpful and friendly staff, we happened to have our days mixed up, and thought we had one more night before checking out, so we left for the day. The staff called us and reminded us that they are waiting on us to leave, so they can clean the room for their next guests. We were not able to come back, so they packed our stuff together and left it all in the office for us to pick it up later. They even called me to let me know that they found another hotel for us to stay at the night, since our plan was to leave the next day. Highly recommended!

Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort is a modern hotel resort located in Dobrinishte, only 6 km from Bansko. Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Free WiFi is provided in all areas. I loved the spa facilities and that there were shuttle busses from the hotel to the gondola and from gondola to the hotel. Plus there was a room to store our ski equipment. The breakfast was good and varied! The rooms were good as well, we were in an apartment with two rooms a living room with a small kitchenette(it didn’t have a stove, but it did have a microwave and a toaster that were working) also got some water tea and honey as a complimentary free gift! It has a great room service menu with good prices(we sadly didn’t get the chance to order from it) there was a gaming room and salt room but with extra costs! The pool was big and it is kind of between 1.40-1.55 deep!

And we had a lovely compliment from the owners which we enjoyed a lot. You can feel the attention to details both at the place and the host's hospitality. We definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place that feels like home.
