The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and ideally located right in the heart of Basel, yet on a quiet and safe street. Maria was incredibly welcoming and responsive. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out times, and even provided a portable A/C upon request. The overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend staying here

At the aparthotel, every unit has bed linen and towels. The room was exactly as in the photos, comfortable, clean and modern. The bed is also very comfortable. Location is central but quiet, my room had a view on Basel Rathaus. The support team was very responsive in answering questions over email. I also got Basel Card over an email that I could use for transportation. There was an option for free early check-in, which I did not use since my arrival was in latter afternon. I liked that only code is used for unlocking, so that I did not have to worry about carrying the key.

This hotel is clean to the utmost, exceedingly. I'm very serious and attentive to cleanliness and tidiness. Also, this hotel is very spacious the room and bathroom are spacious. Everything is clean, spotless, new, and everything works goodly. And the best moment is the room with washing machines. Our room didn't have a fridge; but we were given a great thermos with a lot of ice what was a perfect substitute for a minibar. The breakfast room is very roomy and nice. An excellent choice of hot drinks, and baked goods. And the big bad, fluffy pillows are very comfy for sleeping. Also, we received a few additional hours for the later check out. If something is missing or not in order, the owner will take care of it and remedy the situation or offer another solution. The apartments are spotless clean, cozy and the beds are very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. By paying the tourist tax you receive a ticket that entitles you to unlimited use of public transport in Basel and the entire Northwest Switzerland tariff association, so you can also get to Basel Airport with it.
