The location was fantastic, and the view from the house astonishing! The personnel was very polite and ready to serve all our needs.

The apartments are modern and functional, and the location is a short distance from the main train station. Guests receive the "Bern Ticket," which, among other benefits, grants complimentary access to all public transportation in the surrounding area. An additional commendation goes to the staff, who are consistently engaged and attentive. Upon arrival, a member of the reception team personally greets guests and provides guidance on the apartment's features – as I mentioned, it is quite modern. Regarding the team, while interactions were infrequent, as is typical for an apart-hotel prioritizing privacy, every encounter was met with a smile (evident both visually and audibly). Even when certain requests could not be accommodated, all matters were resolved with remarkable ease and empathy. I will certainly be returning. C.
