We had three apartment style rooms for our trip. The elevators and parking were wonderful. The common space, laundry facility and cinema room were awesome. The coffee in the common area was great as well as location to cafe. This was a good central location for us to do our tour. We had an issue getting in, but was remedied fast with a phone call. The young lady that worked there during the day was very helpful. The vending machines in common area were also nice for late at night. We had an issue with the laundry an it was fixed promptly. Highly recommend staying, but note there is a lot of construction going on around this location.

The property is great, very convenient to everything in the city. Easy digital entry, I liked not worrying about a key. There are two grocery stores and a bakery right across the street. The lake promenade is close, about a 10-15 minute walk. The room is fully equipped with everything you need. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. You also have access to a washer/dryer combo (we didn’t use) and a blowdryer. Handy tip: If you go to the digital butler button located in the check-in email, you can access operating manuals for all the devices. We really enjoyed our stay and would reserve again if we are back in Lucerne.

City Apartments ligger i et roligt boligområde, blot 5 minutters gang fra Zug Station. De stilfulde lejligheder har parketgulv og fuldt udstyret køkken. Super clean and organized apartment, with everything we need for a 20-days stay. Great and kind support before, during and after our stay. Very good location, close to the main Zug train station, to the beautiful Zug Lake and to the local shopping and supermarkets. Definitely recommend it.
