The room was more than we expected, more like an apartment with kitchen and also a washer and dryer. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. This guesthouse is very well designed and build. The room is lovely, bed is comfortable, shower great. With a small kitchenette that’s hot all you need. Before you arrive from the north you drive through industrial parts but then in the last bit you’re suddenly in this cute little village! The people are very nice. Nice checkin system with a code and lovely honesty shop downstairs. Very well recommended!

Set 650 metres from the lake, Sasso Boretto, Luxury Holiday Apartments offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a bar. Super clean, very cozy and short walk to the lake and restaurants. Staff very kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The Garni Villa Siesta Park is a hotel in Losone, a 15-minute walk from Ascona. It features a huge flower garden and a barbecue area. It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay.

We loved our stay here! We had a long journey from Alaska and being greeted by Iloria who was so kind and welcoming was wonderful. The space is beautiful and clean with lots of amenities and we were so impressed by the views and the great water pressure in the shower! Checking in and out was also very smooth. Highly recommend and we hope to come back in the winter to ski someday. :-)
