The balcony in each guestroom provides a stunning view of the Matterhorn. Some rooms offer a well-appointed kitchen and a dining area. I stayed in these apartments with my children and we really liked everything. The location is very good, there's a red line bus nearby that takes you directly to the lift to Matterhorn and other main ski slopes. Richard, the host, is a very pleasant person, always ready to help even beyond his duties, thanks to him for that. The complex has free games like table tennis and foosball; we regret that due to fatigue and other plans we didn't use them during our stay, only managed a bit at the end, it was very engaging. There is also American billiards for francs, which you can exchange at the reception if interested. The aparthotel has all the facilities for storing skis and other equipment, but we didn't actually use them since we rented everything near the mountain lifts. However, the technical provisions for these purposes at the hotel are excellent. We didn't use the breakfast service because we made our own, but overall it was available and looked appealing. The apartments have everything you need; the kitchen is small but fully equipped, probably has everything except a microwave, but you can easily use the oven to heat up food. The heating is adjustable, and I really liked the shutters on every window; you can block out the sun if needed at any time. The windows and balcony offer a beautiful view of the Matterhorn and the surrounding area, very picturesque. Some minor challenges - the aparthotel is located on an elevation and if you walk from the city center, be prepared for about 10-15 minutes of cardio, which we actually found beneficial. ;-) Next year, if we go to Zermatt, we definitely know where we will stay.

The fully equipped kitchens include an oven and a dishwasher. Daily cleaning of the apartments is included in the winter season. The breakfast was a great add-on, as we could eat a good, healthy and filling breakfast without cleaning up or cooking and get out on the slopes in no time. The SPA after skiing was also really nice and mostly empty. The main positive point, beyond the kind staff, was that this apartments are super close to the Matterhorn express lift, which made skiing a breeze.

The accommodation is non-smoking. Everything was perfect! Good communication, clear self check-in indications. The studio is nicely furnished, well located and spotless clean. All needed equipment is available and the "welcome" items were most appreciated. Highly recommend the place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

The view every morning looking out the valley. The cold mountain air and nature itself. The ground floor was adequate for 4 people. Kitchen had all the equipment needed with a fridge/freezer, induction hub/oven, microwave. The bathroom had very good water pressure and unlimited hot water. Property has a television, satellite receiver and bluetooth sound system with quality speakers. Bathroom fixtures were of good quality, plenty of charging points. The communication with the host was very good as well. We had use of a washing machine as well. Countless hiking opportunities everywhere you look and close to Zermatt, Grindelwald and Kandersteg, all within an hour drive from the property.

This new apartment in Zermatt was exceptional, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. On arrival, the host met us at the apartment. It was a lovely modern twist apartment, with your luxury elements. It had a spacious balcony with a view of the Matterhorn and each morning breakfast arrived at your chosen time, which was amazing and freshly made to order. The host was exceptionally great and lovely, anything we needed or recommendations we asked for, was great help. Highly recommended stay for Zermatt, only a 5min walk to train station/town and great location for skiing.
